Policy of acceptance and transfer

First: Administration accepts nominated students according to the qualifications mentioned in Ministerial Decree No. 638 of 1999 and after their nomination through the Admission Coordination Office.

Second: Institute accepts students willing to transfer according to the conditions and rules set by the Ministry of Higher Education annually. Third: Institute seeks to invest all possible opportunities to accept the largest possible number of international students. Fourth: Institute does not accept requests for early reservation or exemption from the rules issued by the Ministry of Higher Education or in violation of the minimum grade declared by the Coordination Office.

Fifth: Institute obtains the tuition fees approved by the Ministry of Higher Education according to the decision of the institute’s board of directors, which is issued annually, including all required tuition fees, as well as recovery and withdrawal systems. Sixth: Medical examination of the applicants to ensure the validity of their acceptance according to the specialization the applicant admits to. Seventh: Institute is keen on accepting students, challenging physical and mental disabilities, as it does not fit with the nature of study programs that require body safety and mental competence.

Eighth: Institute seeks to attract outstanding students, scientifically and athletically.

Ninth: Institute responds to students willing to transfer to and from the institute as long as they meet the conditions specified by the Ministry of Higher Education and the provisions of Law No. 52 of 1972.

Tenth: All services are performed at the admission and registration office free of charge and without any fees.

Policy of intellectual rights:


OI is committed to preserving intellectual property and publishing rights through:


A- Setting the university book standards which states:
- book to be a scientific reference in form and subject.
- book should bear the deposit numb
- book must be authored by specialized university professor in any Egyptian university.
- book content must fulfill the study plan accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education.
- must not use anonymous notes and bulletins as a scientific reference delivered to students.
- Preventing photocopying of graduation projects, except within limits, and s under the supervision of the course professor.
- Reducing the use of the copied programs as much as possible and trying to provide the source-approved alternative.

B- Spreading a culture of intellectual property rights and publishing through:

- Provides copies of Law No. (82) of 2002 and its executive regulations.
- Running awareness lectures for students about intellectual property rights and publishing.
- Deepening concepts of professional laws and legislations.

Student Dealing Policy:
The aim of this policy is to develop the abilities of the outstanding students to maintain their level and enrich their capabilities, besides aiding the struggling ones to try to catch up with their colleagues.
High-performing students:
o Explore the outstanding students in all fields.
o Build programs to support excellence of any kind or field.
o Providing programs for each category separately and working to develop and improve them in order to preserve their influence capabilities.
o Market outstanding graduates by employing them in the appropriate places.

Low-performing students:
o Regular implementation of the summer semester and working to improve it.
o Allocating additional courses - free of charge - in mathematics to complete the scientific requirement for diploma students to see they are intellectually equal to other students of high school graduates.
o Reducing the financial burden on students who failed and allowing them to complete their studies at the Institute.
o The permanent facilitation of socially impaired people and the orientation towards establishing a psychological and social clinic to care for them.
o Reducing the financial burden on financially and socially troubled people.
Scientific Research Policy:
OI encourages the researchers’ different directions, with close supervision of their research efforts, and provides them with assistance and guidance according to the following: o Raising the research efficiency of students gradually so that the student gets to know in its early stages the contents of scientific research and its goals, then assimilate its methods and write research reports.
o Developing scientific specializations - of different kinds - for faculty assistants so that they can transfer their knowledge and expertise to students, and in order to select their research topics, the institute encourages them to document and examine everything they read until each of them reaches a research topic that he accomplishes according to the accepted research principles.
o Enriching and developing the study plan by directing advanced faculty members to promote that their research be in the academic fields of the institute so that they transfer to their students the applied results extracted from this research.
o List the problems of the environment in which it is present and submit it to scientific research in accordance with the specializations of faculty members and their assistants. o The institute encourages and supports scientific research through: o Providing the necessary time for researchers o Continuous support to the library with all the updated books and scientific periodicals o Finding means of communication with the international network o Financing participation in local and international conferences o Facilitating registration procedures for postgraduate studies at university colleges for those wishing the Institute's staff

Responsibility: o Taking care of the needs and requirements of the population environment in order to achieve its goals and meet its desires. o Contributing to reducing illiteracy rates for residents of the city of Obour.
o Helping people with special needs and orphans.

Participation: o Participation in small and micro projects.
Services o Raising the level of environmental awareness to deal with the desert nature.
